When does early-bird pricing end?

Early-bird pricing runs through September 30, 2026. After that, General Admission moves to standard pricing. AMA members always get member pricing, any time.

What's included in a VIP ticket?

Everything in General Admission, plus an exclusive VIP lunch with the keynote speakers, priority seating at all sessions, an IGNITE swag bag, a VIP-only networking reception, and early entry.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no charge — just contact us with their details.

Yes — teams of 5 or more register at $195/person for AMA members and $315/person for non-members, and get a reserved seating block, a group invoice option, and a dedicated account manager.

Where is IGNITE'26 being held?

IGNITE'26 takes place at the American Sign Museum, 1330 Monmouth Ave in Cincinnati's Camp Washington neighborhood — about 10 minutes from downtown. Sessions are spread across The Gallery, The Theatre, the Barn Room, and The Library.

Is parking available?

Yes. On-site lot parking and nearby street parking are available, plus complimentary valet at the main entrance. Rideshare drop-off is at the museum's front entrance on Monmouth Ave.

Are there hotels nearby?

Several hotels in downtown Cincinnati, Clifton, and Oakley are within a 10–15 minute drive. We don't have a discounted room block this year, but you can browse hotels by neighborhood at visitcincy.com.

Is the venue accessible?

American Sign Museum is fully wheelchair accessible, including all session rooms and restrooms. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us and we'll make it work.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 8:30 AM for registration, coffee, and breakfast. The opening keynote begins at 9:15 AM sharp, and the day wraps with Happy Hour from 4:30–6:00 PM.

Business casual is the norm, but come as you are. You'll be moving between galleries of vintage neon and signs, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Yes — morning coffee and breakfast, catered lunch, afternoon snacks, and a hosted Happy Hour are all included with every ticket. VIP ticket holders enjoy a dedicated lunch in The Library.

No pre-selection needed. Both tracks run in rooms sized for flexibility — arrive a few minutes early for the sessions you care most about.
